Did you pick up one of the Rediscover Catholicism books at church in the last 2 weeks? If not, it’s not too late. We still have copies available. Each week during Lent we’ll post a couple reflection questions to help you reflect on your faith and help guide you through the book.

Reflection 1:
Scripture Reading:  Gospel of Matthew 28: 18 – 20.
Then Jesus approached and said to them, “All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.”

Reading from Rediscover Catholicism:  Where to from Here. Pages 18-23 beginning with  “Two thousand years ago…”
1. During your life, what has been your best experience of Catholicism?
2. If you were going to take one step closer to God this week – what would it be? How would you do it?

3. In what ways do you feel authentic and in what ways do you feel inauthentic?
4. Describe a time during the past week when you were the-best-version-of-yourself. It may have only been for a moment or two, but for that brief time you were at your very best.
