There are financially challenged individuals and families in our community who have little or no furniture. If you have gently-used furniture you are willing to donate, contact the St. Vincent de Paul Society (SVDP) at 507-676-5508.
SVDP has launched a new charitable venture called Furnishing Hope and is now accepting donations of limited furniture items—beds, mattresses, dressers, kitchen tables & chairs, sofas, love seats, and upholstered chairs—that meet quality standards. Furnishing Hope will store these items and make them available at no cost to qualifying individuals/families. Optional pickup/delivery service is available, for a fee, for donors and recipients of furniture.
