Father Charles Lwanga Mutabaruka, who will be giving a Mission Appeal at our parishes on July 26-27.  Father Charles is incardinated in the Archdiocese of Mbarara, Uganda, East Africa, and currently serves as the Publicity and Resource Mobilizer for the University of Saint Joseph in Mbarara.  The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara was established in 2018 in order to provide higher education to the poor, who make up the majority of the diocese’s population.
