2nd Collection – Retirement Fund for Religious
This weekend, December 7-8, we will take up a Second Collection for the Retirement Fund for Religious. Your gifts to this collection help with the cost of health care and living expenses for elderly religious sisters and brothers who have no pension or Social Security benefits. Grant awards are distributed to various religious communities based on the community’s unfunded retirement liability.
Giving Tree for Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities is an outreach of all the Catholic Churches of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. With your help, we serve the poor in a many communities in southern Minnesota without any concern for their religious affiliation. We do it because every person has a dignity given to them by God.
